Returns are possible within the 14-day cancellation period (details in our cancellation policy). There is no right of cancellation for orders from Switzerland.
The quickest way is to register your return here in the returns portal. However, you can also declare your cancellation informally at any time by email to kontakt@makani-germany.de.
Please note that, in consideration of our environment, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
If your order includes a promotional product, please observe the promotional terms and conditions, as otherwise the product will subsequently be charged. Promotional products cannot be exchanged.
