YOUR TASKS

As a Creative Strategist at MAKANI, you will be responsible for the creative development and implementation of ad creatives for our channels such as Google, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Your main tasks include:

• Creation of high-quality creatives that are tailored to our target group and support our marketing goals.
• Analysis of previous ad creatives and derivation of optimization measures.
• Close collaboration with our media buyer and other team members to continuously improve the performance of the creatives.
• Contribute your own ideas and concepts to break new ground in creative development.
• Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  
  YOUR PROFILE
  
  We are looking for a creative and experienced person with the following qualifications and skills:
• At least 1 year of professional experience in creative development, ideally in a performance marketing environment.
• A strong affinity for social media and a feel for current trends and authentic advertising.
• Confident use of common image editing programs such as Canva.
• Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent German and good written and spoken English.

YOUR TASKS

• Development and implementation of email marketing strategies, ideally in KLAVIYO
• Creation, editing and distribution of personalized email campaigns and newsletters
• Monitoring and analysis of email campaign performance
• Conducting A/B tests, segmentation, and automation of email marketing activities
• Managing and maintaining email marketing tools and platforms
• Monitoring and application of current market trends and best practices in email marketing

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed degree or comparable training in marketing, communications or a related field
• Experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of email marketing tools and platforms, as well as marketing automation systems.
• Understanding data-driven analysis and interpretation of marketing metrics
• Ideally, you are familiar with HTML coding
• Creative and strategic approach
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Teamwork

Good time management and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
