YOUR TASKS
As a Creative Strategist at MAKANI, you will be responsible for the creative development and implementation of ad creatives for our channels such as Google, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Your main tasks include:
- Creation of high-quality creative that is tailored to our target group and supports our marketing objectives.
- Analysis of previous ad creatives and derivation of optimization measures.
- Work closely with our Media Buyer and other team members to continuously improve creative performance.
- Bringing in your own ideas and concepts to break new ground in creative creation.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a creative and experienced personality with the following qualifications and skills: - At least 1 year of professional experience in creative creation, ideally in the performance marketing environment.
- High affinity for social media and a feel for current trends and authentic advertising.
- Confident in using common image editing programs such as Canva.
- Creativity, flexibility and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and spoken German and good English.

YOUR TASKS
- Development and implementation of e-mail marketing strategies, ideally in KLAVIYO
- Creating, editing and sending personalized e-mail campaigns and newsletters
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of email campaigns
- Carrying out A/B tests, segmentation and automation of email marketing activities
- Management and maintenance of email marketing tools and platforms
- Observation and application of current market trends and best practices in mail marketing
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed studies or comparable training in the field of marketing, communication or similar
- Experience in the planning, implementation and optimization of email marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and platforms as well as marketing automation systems
- Understanding of data-driven analysis and interpretation of marketing metrics
- Ideally, you are familiar with HTML coding
- Creative and strategic approach
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
Good time management and ability to work on several projects at the same time
