Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days for orders except for Swiss customers and customers from the US. A revocation of the purchase contract is no longer possible for Swiss customers and customers from the USA after the goods have been dispatched.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, register the relevant products for return via the following page and notify us (Makani GmbH, Serkan Dagdelen, Obstmarschenweg 258, 21683 Stade, Germany, e-mail: info@makani-germany.de) of your decision by means of a clear declaration (e-mail):
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is not sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation deadline expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments (excluding shipping costs) we have received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Shipments can only be accepted at the warehouse. Returns to the office (Makani GmbH, Serkan Dagdelen, Obstmarschenweg 258, 21683 Stade) cannot be accepted and will be returned or forwarded to the warehouse at your expense.
You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality. Retained promotional items that are tied to a condition such as a minimum order value will be charged to you if the condition is no longer met after the cancellation.
