Germany: Free shipping
Austria: 9.90€ | Free shipping from 49.90€
Switzerland: 14.90€
EU: 14.90€

Delivery Times

We ship within 24 hours.
Deliveries within Germany take 2 – 3 business days.
Orders from Austria take up to 3-4 business days.
Deliveries to other EU countries take up to 5 business days.
Deliveries to Switzerland take up to 4 - 5 business days.

You can cancel your order within 14 days according to our (Right of Withdrawal), with the exception of Swiss customers.

Undeliverable Shipments

If goods are returned to MAKANI GmbH due to missing/incorrect address details provided by the customer or failure to collect the package, a flat fee will be charged to the buyer. This fee is 10€ for Germany, 15€ for Austria, and 20€ for Switzerland. The same applies to shipments that were refused upon delivery.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are to be paid by the customer and are not included in the purchase price. The seller has no influence over these charges.

Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the payment option that best suits you. Shipping costs may vary depending on the chosen payment method. The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g., for intra-community purchases) and/or duties (e.g., customs fees) may apply in some cases. These are payable by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities, not to the seller. The applicable delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they can be viewed on the 'Shipping Costs' page, will be shown separately during the order process, and must be paid by you in addition.

Payment Delay

If you are late with a payment, MAKANI is entitled to demand default interest at a rate of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate announced by the German Federal Bank at the time of the order. If MAKANI can prove that a higher loss due to default has occurred, MAKANI is entitled to claim this.

Right of Retention

The customer is only authorized to exercise a right of retention insofar as his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
