Undeliverable shipments
If goods are returned to MAKANI GmbH due to missing/incorrect address details provided by the customer or because the package was not collected, a processing fee will be charged to the buyer. This is €10 for Germany, €15 for Austria, and €20 for Switzerland. The same applies to shipments where delivery was refused.
Customs, taxes & import duties
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These must be paid by the customer and are not included in the purchase price. The seller has no control over these fees.
Payment methods
We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the option that works best for you. Shipping costs may partially depend on the chosen payment method. The prices listed in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may you be required to pay additional taxes (e.g., in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g., customs duties) in individual cases—not to the seller, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities there. The applicable shipping and delivery costs are not included in the purchase price; they can be viewed via the "Shipping Costs" page, are shown separately during the checkout process, and must be paid by you in addition.

If MAKANI can prove that it incurred higher damages due to the delay, MAKANI reserves the right to claim them.
Right of Retention
The customer may only exercise a right of retention if their counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
