Shipping costs

Germany: Free shipping
Austria: €9.90 |Free shipping on orders over €49.90
Switzerland: €14.90
EU: €14.90

Delivery times

We ship within 24 hours.
Delivery within Germany takes 2–3 business days.
Orders from Austria take up to 3–4 business days.
Deliveries to other EU countries take up to 5 business days.
Deliveries to Switzerland take up to 4–5 business days.

You can cancel your order within 14 days in accordance with our (right of withdrawal), except for Swiss customers.

Undeliverable shipments

If the goods are returned to Makani due to missing/incorrect address information provided by the customer or due to failure to collect the package, a flat-rate fee will be charged to the buyer. This fee is €10 for Germany, €15 for Austria, and €20 for Switzerland. The same applies to shipments that have been refused.

Customs duties, taxes, and import duties

Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to deliveries to countries outside the EU. These are to be borne by the customer and are not included in the purchase price. The seller has no influence on these fees.

Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the payment method that suits you best. Shipping costs are partly dependent on the selected payment method. The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as value added tax. Only in the case of cross-border delivery may you be required to pay additional taxes (e.g., in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g., customs duties) in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price; they can be viewed on the "Shipping Costs" page, are shown separately during the ordering process, and are to be paid by you in addition to the purchase price.

Payment Delay

If you are late with a payment, MAKANI is entitled to demand default interest at a rate of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate announced by the German Federal Bank at the time of the order. If MAKANI can prove that a higher loss due to default has occurred, MAKANI is entitled to claim this.

Right of Retention

The customer is only authorized to exercise a right of retention insofar as his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
