Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days for orders except for Swiss customers. A revocation of the purchase contract is no longer possible for Swiss customers and customers from the USA after the goods have been dispatched.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is not sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments (excluding shipping costs) we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Shipments can only be accepted at the warehouse. Returns to the office (MAKANI GmbH, Serkan Dagdelen, Obstmarschenweg 258, 21683 Stade) cannot be accepted and will be returned at your expense or forwarded to the warehouse.
You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their quality, features, and how they work. This also includes returning items without their protective or outer packaging. Promotional items that you keep, which were part of an offer requiring a condition like a minimum order value, will be charged to you if that condition is no longer met after you cancel your order.
