Overall, it's a really nice bag! The size and number of compartments are perfect. Unfortunately, what really bothers me is that the straps are way too short to wear it as a crossbody bag. I needed the bag urgently for an appointment and didn't have time to go into town or order it online, so I kept it. Normally, I would have sent it back.
